•Responsibilities Lead and supervise scaffold crews, ensuring proper installation, dismantling, and inspection of scaffolding structures across multiple sites. Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to maximize productivity while maintaining high safety standards. Conduct thorough inspections of scaffolding for stability, compliance with OSHA regulations, and adherence to project specifications. Review construction drawings and technical plans to interpret scaffolding requirements and ensure accurate implementation. Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 or other construction management software. Enforce strict safety protocols aligned with federal construction safety regulations, including OSHA standards, to prevent accidents and injuries on site. Manage documentation such as safety reports, inspection logs, and crew timesheets; ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date. Requirements Proven experience supervising teams in a construction or scaffolding environment with a strong understanding of heavy construction projects. Extensive knowledge of construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Prolog, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools. Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings related to scaffolding systems and construction projects. In-depth understanding of OSHA regulations, federal construction safety standards, and industry best practices for scaffold safety management. Skilled in managing project scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and ensuring compliance with construction regulations. Strong communication skills for effective management of crews, coordination with subcontractors, clients, and project stakeholders. Valid certifications including OSHA safety training; additional certifications like OHMMeter operation or specialized scaffold training are advantageous. Construction site experience in commercial or pipeline projects is preferred; familiarity with managing crews on complex projects is essential.
