A Fire Safety Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with all fire safety matters, legislative and regulatory, relating to an organization's day to day operations. Will provide specialist advice to the management and employees of the organization. May organize training to improve employee understanding of best fire safety practice.

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in occupational health and safety, or relevant engineering fields. Experience in power generation and risk management. Experience in electrical safety or designing/constructing buildings, industrial systems, or infrastructure products. Experience evaluating safety in engineering, design solutions, and implementing systems to manage risk.
Preferred qualifications:
Electrical System construction or operations safety background. Knowledge of data center operations, facilities management, engineering and construction. Ability to identify key issues, gather and analyze large complex data sets to support hypotheses and develop actionable recommendations. This role will provide leadership and EHS direction in the safe design of new infrastructure products and data center building designs. This proactive upstream effort aims to mitigate risk downstream to our employees, partners, and the environment across the data center lifecycle. You will engage with all levels of employees to continuously improve existing Design for Safety Standards and Processes. You will work with key stakeholders in engineering, project management, construction, operations, EHS, and external partners to continuously evaluate program risks and opportunities, and develop plans to execute on agreed objectives.
