Overview TITLE:
Health & Safety Leader
DEPARTMENT
Health & Safety / Operations The Health & Safety Leader is responsible for the implementation, execution, and monitoring of all aspects of local safety supply chain (Warehouse) operations (EHS policies, procedures, and programs).
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Degree highly preferred or a minimum of three to five years relevant experience in a development, safety, or EHS related field. Must be able to effectively lead teams and demonstrate outstanding communication and leadership skills. Proven track record of organizing work, problem solving, analytical skills and critical thinking. Passion and creativity for learning and commitment to excellence and high standards. Prior experience in warehouse operations highly preferred Experience with electronic waste, hazardous waste, and environmental hazards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS ROLE
Oversees all aspects of local supply chain safety operations including, but not limited to, plans, orientations, data sheets, accident root cause investigations, inspections, audits, training of all related policies and procedures. Verifies compliance with health and safety regulations and ensures all necessary records are maintained and prepared according to established guidelines. Manages the participation in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) inspections, providing inspectors with appropriate documents and identifying safety measures. Tracks, inputs, maintains, and audits training records to ensure the effectiveness of training and adherence to company compliance standards. Acts as an advisor for the department and facility safety committee meetings. Interface with federal, state, local agencies, and outside consultants Performs a variety of training tasks as it relates to new leader onboarding and has responsibility for the Job Skill Training Program. Pay Range USD $57,000.00 - USD $95,000.00 /Yr.
