Job Description
Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Demolition Site Supervisor and Foreman to lead and oversee demolition projects from start to finish. These roles are vital in ensuring that all demolition activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in strict accordance with project specifications and safety regulations. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and a comprehensive understanding of demolition techniques, safety protocols, and construction management software. Join our team to drive successful project outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. About the role Lead ALII demolition crews on structural and selective demolition. You are the competent person under OSHA Subpart T - responsible for the pre-demolition engineering survey, the silica exposure control plan, utility disconnects, teardown sequencing, and crew safety. What you'll do Conduct or direct the written engineering survey of the structure before demolition begins (Subpart T) Own and enforce the written silica exposure control plan; ensure water dust-suppression and respiratory protection where required Confirm all utilities are disconnected, and the NESHAP asbestos inspection is cleared before machines start Sequence the teardown; direct equipment operators and laborers; keep the drop zone controlled Enforce fall protection, struck-by, caught-in, and confined-space controls Coordinate C&D waste haul-off and manifests; keep permits and site paperwork audit-ready What you need (required) 2+ years demolition experience, 1+ years leading crews OSHA 30; demolition competent-person training (Subpart T) and respirable-silica competent-person training Able to read structural drawings and produce/interpret an engineering survey Valid driver's license; reliable transportation to job sites Nice to have
