Role:

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to comply with OSHA regulations. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and recommend improvements. Provide training and resources to employees on safety practices and emergency procedures. Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing reports and implementing corrective actions. Collaborate with project managers to ensure safety compliance on all job sites. Monitor and analyze safety performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Lead safety meetings and promote a proactive safety culture among all employees. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in safety management.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety management within the construction industry. OSHA 30-hour certification and CPR/First Aid certification required. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and risk management practices. Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage and inspire teams. Ability to analyze safety data and develop actionable plans. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety management software.
