Job Description
Job Summary Ajin Georgia is seeking an experienced Senior Safety Manager to lead Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs within our automotive manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will oversee safety compliance, develop and implement EHS programs, promote a strong safety culture, and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Lead and promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization. Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and procedures. Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments. Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions. Develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees and management. Oversee environmental compliance, waste management, and documentation. Evaluate new equipment and manufacturing processes for safety risks. Partner with leadership to achieve company safety goals and continuous improvement initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to lead safety initiatives and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Automotive manufacturing experience. Experience with ISO 14001 and
