As the Health Safety Training Manager , you will build and lead the safety and training function for a growing industrial services company. Reporting to the COO, you'll influence field operations, compliance, onboarding, training, SOP development, and safety culture, with the autonomy to build scalable systems and work directly with teams nationwide. Key Responsibilities:

Lead company safety and training programs to support workforce growth and operational demands Conduct field audits, safety inspections, and incident investigations to maintain compliance and improve performance Develop onboarding processes, standard operating procedures, and training materials for field and office teams Manage OSHA recordkeeping, compliance documentation, and safety reporting systems Coach supervisors and frontline teams on safety protocols and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in safety, environmental health, industrial technology, operations, or a related field preferred 3+ years of experience in a hands-on industrial, production, construction, agricultural, or B2B service environment with safety leadership responsibilities Experience with OSHA recordkeeping, job hazard analyses, and safety inspections Experience developing safety training and standard operating procedures Knowledge of confined space, fall protection, respiratory protection, and lockout/tagout protocols Valid driver's license OSHA 30, and First Aid/CPR certifications preferred Ready to take the next step in your career?
