Environmental Health and Safety Manager

QEHS Manager Forza | Full-Time | [Location] Own Quality. Lead Safety. Build the Systems That Scale. Forza is seeking an experienced QEHS Manager to lead and own our Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety programs as we continue to grow. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for building scalable systems, driving compliance, and creating a culture where quality and safety are embedded into daily operations. You will oversee Forza's ISO 9001-aligned Quality Management System, OSHA and environmental compliance programs, supplier and product quality initiatives, regulatory reporting, audits, employee safety training, and continuous improvement efforts across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead and improve Forza's ISO 9001-aligned QMS and certification efforts Manage quality systems within NetSuite ERP and maintain product traceability Oversee CAPA, audits, inspections, supplier quality, and customer complaint investigations Administer OSHA safety programs, incident investigations, training, and OSHA recordkeeping Manage environmental compliance, hazardous waste programs, Tier II/TRI reporting, and permits Ensure compliance with GHS, REACH, Prop 65, TSCA, FDA, and labeling requirements Develop scalable systems, policies, and procedures that support company growth Partner cross-functionally with Operations, R&D, Sales, and Purchasing Qualifications 5+ years of QEHS leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial environments Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, OSHA, EPA, and regulatory compliance programs Experience with audits, CAPA systems, supplier quality, and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Why Forza? Pay:

$70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
