Environmental Health & Safety Manager

Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain safety and environmental programs and procedures Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments Lead accident and incident investigations and implement corrective actions Coordinate employee safety training and ongoing education programs Maintain safety records, reports, and OSHA documentation Monitor hazardous materials handling and environmental compliance processes Partner with leadership to drive continuous improvement in workplace safety Manage emergency response planning and safety drills Qualifications 3+ years of Environmental Health & Safety experience preferred Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations Must have prior experience working with contractors & dealing with permits Experience conducting safety training and incident investigations Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, or related field preferred OSHA certifications, CSP, or ASP certifications are a plus Benefits Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Retirement plan options Opportunity for growth and advancement
