Your responsibilities include:
Supporting drivers through safety coaching, guidance, and ongoing communication. Helping maintain company safety programs and ensuring transportation safety standards are followed. Reviewing safety incidents, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping implement corrective actions. Helping protect and maintain company equipment — supporting inspection and maintenance practices that reduce breakdowns, save the company money, and get the most efficiency out of our fleet. Working with different departments to promote safe work practices and support daily operations. Assisting with driver training, onboarding, and safety-related documentation. Building positive relationships with drivers while helping create a culture where safety always comes first. Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is: Experienced in a transportation or trucking safety role. Responsible, dependable, and committed to maintaining high safety standards. Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A strong communicator who enjoys coaching, supporting, and working with drivers. A proactive leader who takes initiative and works well with different departments.
