In this leadership role, you'll help expand access to high-quality, non-credit healthcare training while strengthening partnerships that address regional workforce needs. Your work will directly support students as they prepare for in-demand healthcare careers and help employers develop the skilled workforce they need. You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple healthcare training programs, including instructor and staff supervision, course planning, budgeting, scheduling, and program performance. You'll collaborate with healthcare providers, community partners, and college departments to coordinate clinical placements, maintain affiliation agreements, and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements. You'll also identify workforce trends, cultivate industry partnerships, develop new healthcare training opportunities, manage grant and program budgets, promote courses to prospective students, and support pathways that connect non-credit students to credit-bearing healthcare programs. As needed, you may also provide instruction in healthcare courses and assist with state skills examinations. We're looking for a collaborative leader with strong organizational, supervisory, and project management skills who is passionate about workforce education and healthcare.
