Senior Regional Safety Manager Uline Inc. seeks a Senior Regional Safety Manager to lead safety strategy across its fast-paced distribution and logistics network. Reporting to the Safety department, you will design and oversee regional safety programs, conduct audits, and ensure OSHA and DOT compliance across multiple facilities. Partnering with operations leaders, you'll analyze incident data, drive corrective actions, and champion a proactive safety culture. Lead regional safety programs across distribution and logistics facilities. Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies, procedures, and KPIs. Conduct regular site audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations. Ensure OSHA and DOT compliance and maintain required safety documentation. Analyze safety data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement. Coach and mentor facility safety teams and operations leaders. Lead safety training, toolbox talks, and emergency preparedness drills. Partner with cross-functional leaders to integrate safety into daily operations. Manage corrective action plans and track closure of safety findings. Promote a strong safety culture focused on accountability and engagement.
