regulations, strong organizational skills, and proven experience managing all aspects of driver and fleet safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with FMCSA, DOT, and state regulations Manage CSA scores and implement safety improvements Handle Data

Q, MCS-150, UCR

Manage driver hiring, employment verification, onboarding, orientation, and training Maintain Driver Qualification (DQ) Files and audit readiness Manage DOT drug & alcohol testing programs Monitor driver behavior, safety trends, and risk factors Review DOT inspections, violations, warnings, and Corrective Action Plans Prepare for DOT audits and maintain accurate compliance records Investigate accidents and manage insurance claims Maintain truck and trailer compliance files Manage fleet permits (KY, NM, NY, OR, CT, and alcohol permits) IFTA, HUT/ Form 2290 processing IRP registrations/renewals Develop and enforce company safety policies while coaching drivers to improve safety performance
