Job Summary:

We are seeking a bilingual (Russian and English) Trucking Safety Manager to support our clients with daily compliance tasks, driver onboarding, and document management and train new team members.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients and drivers in Russian and English Review driver applications and maintain Driver Qualification Files (DQFs) Track expirations (CDLs, medical cards, MVRs, etc.) and request updated documents Coordinate Clearinghouse registrations and drug/alcohol testing Monitor safety records (inspections, violations, crashes) and document updates Help prepare for DOT audits and respond to safety-related inquiries Update internal systems and ensure tasks are completed on time Collaborate with our Safety, Legal, and Client Support teams

Qualifications:

Experience as Safety Manager or Safety Assistant. 1+ year of trucking safety/compliance experience Strong knowledge of

FMCSA & DOT

regulations

Languages:

Russian and English (verbal and written) — required Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. because this is an office-based role. This is NOT a remote position.

Notes:

Day shift (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT) Monday to Friday only No weekends
