Education support:

Qualifications 5+ years of experience in all matters related to HSE within manufacturing, research and development, and/or field related businesses Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices Proficiency in HSE Management Systems Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities Responsibilities Oversight of the HSE Management System to ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations Provide expert advice and assistance to management and employees on work health and safety strategies, programs, systems, policies, standards, and processes Conduct site-level risk assessments and collaborate with location teams to execute necessary actions and improvements Develop and implement comprehensive HSE strategies that align with the organization's mission Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, permits, and certifications
