Must-Have Qualifications Experience 3+ years in transportation, trucking, fleet safety, or transportation compliance Strong working knowledge of: DOT regulations FMCSA regulations Hours of Service (HOS) Driver qualification files Vehicle inspection requirements CSA/SMS safety programs Experience conducting: Safety audits Field inspections Compliance monitoring Accident investigations Driver training and safety program administration experience Technical Skills Microsoft Office Suite Excel Word PowerPoint Safety technology platforms such as: Samsara ELD systems Fleet safety reporting tools DataQ management and submission experience Personal Attributes Excellent communication skills Strong relationship-building abilities with drivers and agents High integrity Organized and detail oriented. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities. Location Indianapolis, Indiana On-site presence required. Pay:

$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
