standards, ANSI standards, and construction workplace safety regulations. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections on construction sites to identify potential electrical hazards and ensure adherence to NEC (National Electrical Code) requirements. Lead safety training sessions focused on electrical safety procedures, risk management strategies, occupational health best practices, and emergency response protocols such as first aid and CPR. Collaborate with construction management teams to integrate safety measures into project planning, execution, and regulatory compliance management. Investigate incidents related to electrical hazards or accidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Manage compliance documentation for workers' compensation claims, OSHA reports, and other regulatory filings related to occupational health and safety. Foster a culture of proactive risk management by promoting ongoing education in EHS (Environmental Health & Safety), construction safety management, and OSHA standards. Requirements Proven experience in construction site safety management with a strong focus on electrical safety procedures. Extensive knowledge of NEC codes, NFPA standards (such as

NFPA 70E

), ANSI standards, and construction workplace safety regulations. Demonstrated expertise in risk management, occupational health principles, and compliance management within the construction industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to train teams effectively on safety protocols and conduct safety training implementation initiatives. Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office suite for reporting and documentation purposes. Valid certifications including First Aid and CPR; additional certifications in OSHA or occupational health are preferred. Construction site experience coupled with a solid understanding of construction management practices is essential for success in this role.
