We are seeking an experienced Safety Manager for our construction project in West Lafayette, Indiana. This position will be responsible for overseeing site safety activities, ensuring compliance with OSHA and project-specific safety requirements, and coordinating directly with the HEP Safety Team.

• Duties
• Oversee daily site safety activities and ensure compliance with OSHA and project safety requirements.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Manage JHA/JSA/PTSA, Toolbox Talks, and Permit-to-Work requirements.
• Monitor subcontractor safety activities and high-risk work, including Fall Protection, Scaffolding, and Aerial Lift operations.
• Investigate incidents and near misses and prepare required safety reports.
• Coordinate safety meetings, training, inspections, and documentation with the HEP Safety Team.
• Qualifications
• 7+ years of construction project/site experience.
• OSHA 510 or equivalent international certification required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Experience with construction site safety inspections, incident reporting, and OSHA requirements.
• Must be available as a full-time, dedicated Safety Manager for the project.
• Subject to HEP Safety Team resume review, interview, and approval.
• Preferred
• Korean-English bilingual.
• Semiconductor/FAB or large industrial construction experience.
• Experience with Fall Protection, Elevated Work, Scaffolding, and Aerial Lift safety.
• Experience managing subcontractor safety programs.

Pay:

$90,000.00

• $115,000.
