Director of HSE Details:
Direct Hire position $120,000.00 /annually Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Lead and execute the company's HSE strategy, aligning safety, environmental compliance, and operational excellence with business objectives. Oversee corporate health, safety, and environmental programs, ensuring compliance with OSHA and all applicable regulations. Drive a proactive safety culture through training, risk management, incident prevention, and workforce engagement initiatives. Develop standardized HSE policies, performance metrics, and continuous improvement programs to reduce risk and enhance operations. Partner with executive and operational leadership to identify risks, ensure audit readiness, and strengthen organizational performance and accountability.
Director of HSE Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of HSE experience, including leadership responsibility for multi-site operations and safety programs. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, environmental compliance requirements, and risk management practices. Ability to travel to support field operations, audits, and training initiatives.
