Impact:
Manage company-wide health, safety, and environmental programs across commercial construction sites. Conduct regular on-site safety audits and inspections to ensure continuous regulatory compliance. Lead comprehensive incident investigations and execute effective corrective action plans. Develop and deliver impactful safety training programs tailored for field personnel. Partner directly with project managers and site leadership to mitigate environmental risks. Monitor key safety metrics to proactively improve overall field operations. Required Qualifications & Experience Active Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification or equivalent credential. Proven experience managing safety programs within active construction environments. Required travel up to 30% to visit project sites as needed. In-depth practical knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance standards. Strong leadership and communication skills necessary to influence site safety culture. Preferred Qualifications & Experience 3+ years of dedicated experience in an HSE management or leadership capacity. Completion of a trade program, technical certification, or relevant degree in safety management. Experience in fire protection, industrial trades, or commercial contracting safety.
