As a CBREHealth, Safety and Environment Manager, you will be in charge of creating andimplementing health, safety, and environmental programs for Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical client site located in Cambridge, MA. This is afully onsite role Monday-Friday in Cambridge, MA.WhatYou'll Do:
Manage HSE programs and initiatives to meet regulatoryrequirements and needs of client account. Oversee process for monitoring injury, illness, andincident-related performance within the assigned account and market area. Leading investigations into accidents, near-misses, andinjuries, then preparing detailed root cause reports (5-WHY, DMAIC). Monitor injury, illness, and incident reports. Providerecommendations on how to prevent risk. Perform site risk assessments, safety audits, and safetymeetings to identify and mitigate potential hazards. Monitor adherence to OSHA, ANSI, NFPA, and other relevantsafety regulations and standards. Review data and provide guidance on performance, compliance,concerns, and improvement to account management and market area Execute plans, playbooks, and procedures for the assignedaccount or market area Promote a positive and proactive culture to influencestakeholders, and to ensure compliance. Assist with implementing and reviewing playbooks, andprocedures. Ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives drive programconsistency and efficiency. Deliver health and safety training programs, including newhire safety orientation Manage initiatives to meet regulatory, legal, and compliancerequirements. Track & manage HSE KPI's & risks. Develop and managestrategic risk management strategies to avoid potential incidents. Monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental regulatorycompliance within the account. Work with management to create strategicsolutions that improve and maintain compliance as required. Work with stakeholders to identify potential concerns.Communicate findings, concerns, and deficiencies to responsible functionalmanagers. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with

values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement. Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own disciplineintegrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day andmoderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systemsand processes. Establish work schedules and assign work to staff membersWhat You'll Need:
Bachelor's Degree required with 3-5 years ofrelevant experience. Extensive knowledge of general industry safetystandards, construction safety standards, regulatory requirements, and industrybest practices. Excellent facilitation, communication andstakeholder engagement skills. Ability to provide leadership tocross-functional teams and manage complex safety oversight activities. Proven track record in managing safety formultiple facilities. Additional certifications as required by thelocal authority. Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive,complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations andhandle problems. Leadership skills to motivate team impact onquality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

The compensation is about $143,000 annual base salary plus 10% target bonus based on experience.
