Safety Manager Rise Baking Company, a leader in baking premium cookies, dessert bars, artisan breads, and flatbreads, is seeking a dedicated Safety Manager to join our team and ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance within our manufacturing facilities. This position entails developing and implementing safety policies, conducting training sessions and audits, and leading incident investigations to maintain and enhance safety protocols, aligning with Rise Baking Company's commitment to delivering top-quality products in a secure and efficient environment. Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions. Organize and lead safety training sessions for employees at all levels to ensure a universally safe work environment. Investigate accidents and near-miss incidents to identify root causes and prevent recurrence. Maintain records of safety-related incidents and training, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Collaborate with management and production teams to integrate safety measures into daily operations. Monitor the efficacy of safety equipment and systems to propose upgrades and replacements as necessary.
