Base compensation reaches $90k-$95k alongside quarterly performance incentives, minimal healthcare out-of-pockets, and generous profit sharing. You will drive safety protocols while safeguarding field operations across distribution, production, and warehouse facilities. What You'll Own Your daily rhythm involves orchestrating safety audits and risk mitigation initiatives across regional field hubs. Anchor all regional practices around strict adherence to OSHA, DOT, FDA, and related industrial mandates. Spearhead organization-wide training sessions to foster high-integrity operational habits among all team tiers. Direct thorough incident investigations to identify root causes and deploy long-term preventative measures. Architect proactive compliance models aligned with emerging compressed gas, cryogenic, and chemical standards. Navigate frequent field interactions requiring up to 50% territory travel across the broader geographic zone. What We'd Like Deep technical expertise built across relevant years of experience within gas processing, chemical, or pharmaceutical sectors. Proven background navigating complex regulatory frameworks while influencing multi-site teams. Exceptional command of operational software alongside strong multi-channel communication capabilities.
