Job DescriptionThis Sr. Manager, FSQA position provides strategic leadership for Domino's product quality programs, with accountability for advancing the systems, expectations and ways of working to strengthen product quality standards, supplier performance, and quality systems that protect the brand and deliver consistent customer experiences. This role partners cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Food Safety, Operations, Innovation, and suppliers to identify risk, improve product consistency, and advance quality performance across key ingredient and product categories.



ResponsibilitiesLead product quality strategy and governance for assigned ingredient and product categories, with emphasis on food safety risk management, standards, specifications, performance trends, and continuous improvement.



Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to improve product consistency, resolve quality issues, and strengthen quality management expectations across the supply base.



Provide team leadership by setting priorities, coaching direct reports, and building capabilities that support product quality excellence and brand protection.



Leads evolution of product quality strategy and execution across the Domino's menu including management of assigned ingredient and product categories, ensuring standards and specifications support product consistency, food safety, brand expectations, and customer experience.



Serves as a product quality leader on cross-functional teams, providing clear quality expectations, risk-based recommendations, and decision support for supplier, product, and process changes.



Identifies product quality and food safety trends, risks, and improvement opportunities through risk assessment, supplier performance data, product evaluations, customer and store feedback, audits, and quality system insights.



Effectively communicates the quality, food safety, operational, supplier, and brand implications of proposed product or process changes to leadership and stakeholders. Career FrameworkLeads continuous improvement of product quality standards, specifications, quality procedures, and supplier expectations using performance data, industry knowledge, and risk-based decision making.



Guides product evaluations, analytical testing, sensory assessment, and performance reviews to support quality decisions and drive measurable improvement.



Strengthens quality and food safety systems to ensure products are safe, compliant, within specification, and aligned with Domino's standards. Identifies gaps and leads corrective actions that reduce product quality and brand risk.



Acts as a thought leader for the product quality roadmap, aligning priorities with department and company objectives and communicating progress to varied audiences.



Leads, develops, and manages team performance against objectives and key results tied to department and company priorities. Develops meaningful KPIs and provides clear accountability, coaching, and support to direct report(s).Build team capability and engagement by developing talent, reinforcing accountability, and supporting professional growth.



QualificationsBachelor of Science or equivalent experience and expertise in food science. Minimum 10 years' experience in Product Quality, Quality Assurance, Food Safety or Supplier Quality, preferably within QSR, food manufacturing or related industries.



Preferred experience with pizza-centric ingredients (Meats, Cheeses, Sauce and/or Dough Ingredients) or other high-volume food ingredients, including product quality standards, supplier performance management, specifications, testing, and continuous improvement.



Experience leading teams through change, improving ways of working, and strengthening accountability.



Relevant food safety or quality certification or equivalent continued education such as HACCP, PCQI, GFSI, SQF/BRCGS, IFT, food analysis, food testing, food processing, lean manufacturing, or similar credentials.



Strong knowledge of quality systems, product specifications, supplier quality management, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, trend analysis, and data-based decision making. Demonstrated ability to build and execute supplier quality roadmaps.



Ability to translate product quality data and risk assessments into clear recommendations for leaders, suppliers, and cross-functional partners.



Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills, with outstanding attention to detail.



Proven background in food manufacturing, quality management, food safety systems, supplier management, and product quality issue resolution.



Able to manage multiple projects and manage time effectively with minimal guidance.



Strong data fluency, including the ability to interpret trends, use statistical tools appropriately, and translate data into business decisionsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
