location: Auburn Hills, Michigan job type: Permanent salary: $85,000 - 100,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Direct, coach, and assign daily workloads for on-site EHS staff while tracking performance metrics and development goals.

Enforce compliance with OSHA, MIOSHA, EPA, and
ISO 14001
standards to ensure an accident-free work environment.

Track key performance indices (injury logs, lost days), analyze site risks, and lead root-cause incident investigations (5Y, Fishbone) through EHSIP tracking.

Manage LOTO, machine guarding, confined space, hazardous waste handling, and air/wastewater permit compliance.
Qualifications:
1+ years in a team lead or supervisory role with direct experience leading daily EHS reports4+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing plant or warehouse settingBachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety, or Engineering (Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical)Must be expierenced with OSHA standards, ISO 14001, LOTO protocols, and safety data trackingAbility to speak and present to large groups of people, including customers and executives.
