Partnering closely with Engineering and Manufacturing teams, you will establish local, state, and federal compliance, develop proactive safety policies, and mentor on-site safety staff. Candidates must have at least 1 year of direct team-lead or supervisory experience supporting others on a daily basis, and a deep working knowledge of OSHA standards.
Enforce compliance with OSHA, MIOSHA, EPA, and
Track key performance indices (injury logs, lost days), analyze site risks, and lead root-cause incident investigations (5Y, Fishbone) through EHSIP tracking.
Manage LOTO, machine guarding, confined space, hazardous waste handling, and air/wastewater permit compliance.
