Shift Hours :

Monday - Friday, w/ability to work weekends as needed.

You will:

Design and implement the EHS program from the ground up, with support from People Operations as needed Train shift leads so the basics run without you, and lead new-hire and refresher training Run hazard assessments and incident investigations to closure Own

OSHA/MIOSHA

recordkeeping and permits, and keep the site audit-ready Manage PPE, machine guarding, lockout/tagout, and forklift and crane safety Work with ops and software on engineering controls when safety issues trace back to process or equipment You are: Educated, with a bachelor's degree in EHS, Occupational Health & Safety, Health and Human Services, or a related field Experienced, with 7+ years in EHS in a manufacturing or industrial setting A builder, you have designed and implemented EHS programs, not just maintained them Comfortable on the floor, you can talk to an operator and write it up in a way that holds up later Firm, you hold the line with a shift lead who wants to skip a step Nice to have: Metals or CNC manufacturing background Experience with ITAR-controlled material OSHA 30, CSP or equivalent certification Comfortable using AI tools to work faster and smarter This role is full time, in person at our Ferndale location.

Compensation Range:

$90K - $110K
