Job Description
Position Summary The Safety & Security Manager leads the day-to-day implementation of HAC's organizational safety, security, emergency preparedness, and risk management programs. This position partners with all departments to ensure a safe environment for guests, employees, volunteers, and visitors. This role is responsible for developing a proactive safety culture while coordinating emergency preparedness, security systems, incident investigations, staff safety training, and regulatory compliance.
