1109832 job summary: A Construction Safety and Health Manager is needed for an industrial construction project. The Construction Safety Manager will oversee health and safety protocols to maintain a secure, compliant construction environment. Reporting directly to the Project Manager with functional ties to Corporate HSE, this role ensures the rigorous execution of the Project HSE Plan while fostering a safety culture across site operations. Candidates must hold a 5+ years of site safety experience in energy, manufacturing, oil and gas, or related industrial sector. Completion of the
OSHA 510
course and working knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations are required (OSHA 500 or CSP certification preferred). This is a long-term contract role, and our client will consider per diem for qualified regional candidates.

Shakopee, Minnesota job type: Contract salary: $55 - 65 per hour work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Implement the Project HSE Plan, Permit to Work system, and ensure all statutory safety requirements are met Conduct routine site walkdowns, inspections, and audits while reviewing JHAs and risk assessments with the Site Manager Lead incident investigations, perform root cause analyses, and establish corrective/preventive action plans Deliver site HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and continuous safety training for all personnel Track HSE performance metrics and report all site incidents and lessons learned to client reps #randstadengineering qualifications: Experience level: Experienced Minimum 5 years of experience
