Job Description

Fleet, Safety & Facilities Manager Earth City, MO Renewal by Andersen, the full-service window replacement division of Andersen Corporation, is seeking a Fleet, Safety & Facilities Manager to lead and optimize our fleet operations, workplace safety programs, and facilities management efforts. What You'll Do As the Fleet, Safety & Facilities Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of company vehicles, workplace safety programs, and facility operations across the organization. You'll partner closely with executive leadership and operations teams to ensure our buildings, fleet assets, and safety initiatives support our continued growth.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage company fleet operations, vehicle maintenance programs, registrations, inspections, and driver safety initiatives. Develop, implement, and monitor workplace safety programs, policies, training, and compliance efforts. Lead facilities management activities including building maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, security systems, office layouts, and capital improvement projects. Coordinate new facility research, office setup, vendor selection, and utility management for expansion projects. Oversee janitorial, landscaping, maintenance, and service vendors while negotiating contracts and ensuring quality performance. Manage facility and fleet budgets, track expenses, and forecast future operational needs. Maintain facility records, infrastructure documentation, and system access for leadership teams. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and emergency preparedness plans. Identify and implement operational improvements that enhance efficiency, safety, and the employee experience. What We're Looking For Experience in fleet management, facilities management, safety management, or operations leadership. Strong project management, vendor management, and budgeting experience. Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and compliance best practices. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Experience supporting multiple locations is a plus.
