Job Description
KP Staffing Kansas City is now hiring food safety & quality assurance managers in Liberty, MO! Job Summary The food safety & quality assurance manager will help ensure quality processes are maintained through auditing, document control, compliance, and training. This role supports quality and safety standards by monitoring warehouse processes and helping improve procedures. Pay $20
- $25 per hour Shift 1st shift: 7 a.m.
- 5 p.m., Monday
- Friday Duties Ensure all incoming shipments are inspected and meet quality standards Conduct regular inspections of inventory to ensure quality is maintained Investigate and resolve quality-related issues Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement quality control procedures Keep accurate records of quality control activities and report findings to management Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in quality control techniques Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors Lead the internal audit process in the warehouse Help improve allergen training and processes Responsibilities Train and educate warehouse staff on quality control procedures and standards Complete weekly and monthly inspections of temperature probes and calibrations Serve as a point person with management during customer, regulatory, and external audits Manage document control changes Audit processes and ensure procedures are being followed Perform other duties as needed Qualifications Food safety training and quality control experience High school diploma or GED required College preferred Job Type Contract To Hire | Direct Hire if skills align How to Apply Start by submitting your resume or visit KP Staffing Kansas City for an in-person interview.
