The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator and willing to travel to construction projects nationwide.

Life:
  • We are looking for a highly motivated College Safety Intern/Co-op, who is passionate about the construction process to join our team. At ARCO, an Intern/Co-op has the opportunity to assist Safety Managers with the following: +
  • Visit Jobsites
  • and get hands on experience from our expert field personnel on projects in a variety of industries including distribution, office, foodservice, multi-family housing, entertainment and more. +
  • Hone your safety skills
  • working directly with an experienced Safety Manager on design/build construction projects clients including Fortune 500 companies, award winning commercial real estate developers and small business end users. +
  • Make a meaningful contribution
  • to ARCO's success by performing critical safety related tasks.
  • Necessary Qualifications:
  • + Minimum Grade Point Average of 3.
0 out of 4.0. + Enrolled in Environmental Health and Safety programs, or other related degree programs. + Co-op or Intern construction experience preferred, but not required. + Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong work ethic. + Ability to travel nationwide to visit projects. + Possess and maintain a current, valid driver license in your state of residence
