Overview In-Field EHS Consultant Gallagher Bassett Company - Technical Services Division Position Summary We are seeking experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Consultants to provide on-site safety leadership and support on construction, industrial, manufacturing, energy, and technology projects throughout the United States. Our consultants serve as the boots-on-the-ground safety resource for clients, partnering with project management teams, craft professionals, contractors, and owners to promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and industry best practices. Projects may include data centers, semiconductor facilities, solar installations, manufacturing plants, hospitals, commercial high-rise construction, infrastructure projects, and other large-scale construction and industrial environments. How you'll make an impact Essential Responsibilities Conduct daily field safety observations, inspections, and audits. Identify workplace hazards and work with project teams to implement corrective actions. Monitor contractor compliance with OSHA regulations and site-specific safety requirements. Lead or participate in incident investigations and root cause analyses. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports for clients and stakeholders. Facilitate toolbox talks, safety meetings, and employee training sessions. Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs), permits, and safe work plans.
