Pay:
$85,000.00-$130,000.00/year
Risk and Patient Safety Manager, RN Opportunity:
Full-time, permanent position Leads risk management and patient safety initiatives by supporting incident investigation, event evaluation, and identification of potential claims, property loss, and organizational risk exposures across departments. The Risk and Patient Safety Manager, RN analyzes patient safety and risk data to identify trends and patterns, driving proactive performance improvement (PI) initiatives and the development of corrective action plans. The Risk and Patient Safety Manager, RN will partner with operational leaders and the Quality Management team to design and implement strategies that enhance patient safety, reduce risk, and improve overall health outcomes.
Risk and Patient Safety Manager, RN Requirements:
Registered Nurse License is required A Bachelors of Science in Nursing is required, with a Masters Degree or Higher preferred Experience in healthcare or equivalent experience in healthcare and education
