This role is vital in fostering a safe working environment by implementing comprehensive safety programs, conducting regular inspections, and promoting safety awareness among all personnel. The ideal candidate will possess extensive construction site experience, a strong understanding of occupational health standards, and expertise in construction safety management. This position offers an opportunity to lead safety initiatives that protect workers and support the successful completion of projects within regulatory frameworks. Proven experience in construction management and construction safety management roles. Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office suite for documentation and reporting. Excellent team leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and influence diverse teams. Skilled in risk management practices, compliance management, and hazard mitigation strategies. Ability to conduct thorough safety training implementation sessions effectively. Knowledge of construction regulatory compliance requirements at local, state, and federal levels. First aid and CPR certification is preferred for immediate emergency response capability.
