Job Description

The Judge Group is seeking a EHS Manager for a manufacturing company located in the Henderson, NC area.

Responsibilities:
Partner with plant leadership to guide safety and environmental strategy Embed EHS goals into KPIs and operational scorecards Drive a proactive safety culture and accountability across teams Oversee
OSHA/EPA
compliance and maintain a forward-looking compliance calendar Use data trends to reduce risk and prevent incidents Support capital planning with EHS-focused investments Lead safety committees and coach managers on ownership of EHS programs Develop and mentor EHS staff and build internal capabilities
Qualifications:
