385-1-1, project specifications, and site safety requirements. Key responsibilities Manage daily site safety and conduct jobsite inspections. Implement and maintain the project APP and AHAs. Conduct safety orientations, toolbox talks, and safety meetings. Monitor subcontractors, PPE, housekeeping, and safe work practices. Oversee high-risk activities including excavation, fall protection, confined space, electrical, crane/rigging, and heavy equipment operations. Investigate incidents and near misses and maintain safety documentation. Identify hazards and coordinate corrective actions.
