Safety Operations Manager - Winston-Salem, NC We are currently hiring a Safety Operations Manager in the Winston-Salem, NC area. Candidates must have previous experience in safety operations and a strong understanding of workplace safety procedures and compliance. Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain workplace safety programs and procedures. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and industry safety standards. Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards. Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions. Provide safety training and guidance to employees and management teams. Lead safety meetings and promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization. Monitor compliance with safety policies and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
