Together, we'll explore quality assurance, supply chain, engineering, human resources, production, R D engineering, information systems, and operations performance to understand how each of these areas collaborate with safety. You'll?learn quickly that safety is our number one priority and we want our associates?to go?home the same way they came in.?Throughout your time in our MDA program, you will gain?experience?in?implementing risk assessment processes, making safety improvement recommendations, and delivering comprehensive safety?trainings?to new hires and contractors. Plus, the rotational component of the program provides a change in location which offers fresh perspectives and growth opportunities.
