Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead and implement company-wide EHS, safety, and risk management programs Spend time in the field ensuring safety programs are being followed and identifying opportunities for improvement Drive initiatives focused on reducing workplace injuries and incidents Manage OSHA compliance, reporting, and regulatory requirements Oversee DOT compliance and fleet/driver safety Conduct job-site safety evaluations, audits, and risk assessments Prepare accurate safety, compliance, and risk reports for management Communicate safety expectations effectively with employees and leadership at all levels Work independently at active job sites and in varying outdoor weather conditions All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to the individual's race, color, sex, national origin, religion, age, disability, genetic information, status as a military veteran, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
