The Safety Officer is responsible for promoting and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. This role ensures compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations, implements safety policies and procedures, conducts risk assessments, and supports the prevention of workplace injuries, incidents, and hazards. This is more than a desk-based position. You will play a critical, real-time role in the field , supporting operations during both daily activities and during active snow events. On-site Safety audits will be a critical part of this position, especially during snow events. Executive have Core Values they live by and as such, fully believe that all employees own safety.

Qualifications & Experience Essential:

§ Diploma, degree, or certification in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field § Proven experience in a safety role within construction and commercial snow removal, or similar environments § Developing safety training programs specifically for commercial snow removal operations Safety Officer must be fluent in spoken and written English Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferable § Professional safety certification (e.g., Minimum OSHA30 and OSHA80 or equivalent) Experience with DOT compliance, fleet safety, and commercial vehicle operations § Experience conducting audits and regulatory inspections § Knowledge of health and safety legislation, standards, and best practices Experience in a safety role within snow removal, transportation and construction operations Working knowledge of

OSHA/DOT

regulations and compliance, winter safety practices, and vehicle safety standards Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to active job sites Winter Season Operations All employees and field managers are expected to participate in snow removal operations as needed and at management's direction. This aligns with our "all hands" policy, which boots dedicated snow operations roles with additional bandwidth as needed, especially during severe winter events. Compensation Package Base Salary $80,000

• $100,000 annually depending on experience.
