Essential Functions:
Provides leadership and direction for day-to-day operations of assigned programs to ensure efficient, effective, and goal-aligned service delivery. Leads, develops, and manages staff by setting expectations, fostering accountability, and promoting collaboration, engagement, and high performance. Designs, implements, and continuously improves operational processes, systems, and workflows to enhance program effectiveness and support organizational change initiatives. Establishes and monitors key performance indicators, analyzes data trends, and delivers actionable insights and reporting to drive outcomes and inform leadership decisions. Aligns program operations with organizational strategy, service line priorities, and financial goals to ensure sustainable and high-value performance. Partners with clinical, operational, administrative, and external stakeholders to ensure coordinated services, maintain alignment, and support integrated care delivery. Ensures adherence to policies, regulatory requirements, and internal standards while maintaining accurate documentation and operational integrity.
Education Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field, required. Master's Degree, preferred.

Skills:
Strong supervisory and managerial skills, including team development, performance management, and consensus-building. High level of personal accountability while working effectively as a collaborative team member. Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills. Communicates clearly and effectively with diverse stakeholders, including medical staff, administrators, external partners, and employees at all levels.
Experience:
Five years of experience in management and supervision within a healthcare environment, preferred. Experience translating complex data into clear, compelling, and actionable insights using data visualization techniques, required. Experience designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support leadership decision-making, required.
