Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Safety Compliance Administrator, where your expertise will drive a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility across our manufacturing operations. In this vital role, you will develop, implement, and monitor safety and environmental programs that ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote a safe workplace for all employees. Your proactive approach will help prevent incidents and foster continuous improvement. Duties Develop, review, and maintain safety policies and procedures aligned with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), EPA (Environmental Protection Agency), and other regulatory standards. Conduct regular safety audits and root cause analysis to identify risks and implement corrective actions. Oversee training programs on workplace safety. Manage workers' compensation/insurance claims process by coordinating investigations, documentation, and reporting in accordance with all laws. Prepare detailed reports on safety incidents, audit findings, compliance status, and improvement initiatives for internal review and regulatory agencies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a safety-first culture through ongoing education, communication campaigns, and employee engagement initiatives. Maintain accurate and up-to-date driver qualification files and compliance records. Monitor driver license, medical cards, MVRs, drug and alcohol compliance, training records. and requires certification. Skills Extensive knowledge of OSHA safety regulations, environmental regulatory compliance standards and workplace safety protocols. Proven experience in conducting root cause analysis, report writing, and developing corrective action plans. Excellent training & development skills to educate employees on safety procedures, OSHA requirements, and occupational health standards. Ability to interpret complex legal and regulatory documents related to workers' compensation law and environmental law. Effective communication skills for preparing clear reports and delivering engaging training sessions. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail in compliance documentation. Pay:
