Long-term, Temp-to-Hire Safety Manager (OSHA 510 Certified) We are seeking an experienced Safety Manager with a minimum

OSHA 510

Certification to oversee all aspects of safety on a commercial data center construction project. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing site-specific safety programs while ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and client requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial or industrial construction safety and the ability to proactively identify hazards, investigate incidents, and promote a culture of safety throughout the project. Qualifications for

Safety Manager:

OSHA 510

Certification is required . 5+ years of construction safety experience on commercial and/or industrial job sites preferred. Experience developing and implementing site-specific safety plans. Ability to conduct daily jobsite safety inspections and identify/correct unsafe conditions. Experience performing Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and reviewing Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs). Knowledge of OSHA construction standards and applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations. Experience leading new hire safety orientations, toolbox talks, and ongoing safety training. Ability to investigate accidents, injuries, and near misses, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions. Experience monitoring high-risk activities including fall protection, confined space entry, lockout/tagout, excavation, crane operations, and other critical safety programs. Ability to maintain OSHA logs, inspection reports, training records, and other required safety documentation. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively alongside project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and field personnel.

Preferred Certifications:

CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician) CSP (Certified Safety Professional)

Authorized Construction Trainer

EM 385-1-1

Current First Aid/CPR/AED Certification Additional Requirements for

Safety Manager:

Must be eligible to work in the United States. Must have reliable transportation to the job site. Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen. Must be able to perform job duties that require walking active construction sites, climbing ladders, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
