Job Description

Corporate Food Safety & Quality Manager | Pet Food Manufacturing | Multi-Site Impact | $90K-$95K gpac is partnered with a growing pet food manufacturer seeking a Corporate Food Safety & Quality Manager to support FSQ initiatives across multiple manufacturing facilities. This is a high-visibility corporate role with the opportunity to influence Food Safety & Quality programs, supplier quality, regulatory compliance, data analysis, and continuous improvement across the organization.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Analyze FSQ data, trends, and key performance metrics Develop dashboards, control charts, and visual reporting tools Lead supplier approval, qualification, and audit activities Drive initiatives to improve quality and reduce Cost of Quality Support
FDA/FSMA
compliance and regulatory programs Utilize CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys, Six Sigma, PDCA , and other quality tools Partner with plant and corporate teams to strengthen Food Safety & Quality culture Present findings, trends, and recommendations to leadership Support FSQ improvement initiatives across multiple facilities
WHAT THEY'RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field Hands-on food manufacturing experience in a cGMP environment Strong knowledge of FDA food regulations Experience with FSQ systems, data analysis, and continuous improvement Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly
Excel and PowerPoint Preferred:
Pet/animal food manufacturing, multi-site experience, supplier auditing, PCQI/FSVP QI, Six Sigma, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, and statistical quality tools.
