Empowered by Lean and Six Sigma resources, clinical decision support, real-time dashboards, and standardized order sets, the VP Patient Safety & Quality will lead root cause analyses, Just Culture coaching, FMEA, HRO practices, antimicrobial stewardship, and outcomes benchmarking.
