Alignment Engine Inc. ("Alignment") operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps. The role. Own environmental, health, and safety for the campus: programs, training, permits-to-work, and regulatory interfaces. What you'll do: Build the site EHS program: LOTO, confined space, hot work, working at heights Own incident investigation and corrective actions Manage environmental compliance tasks and records Run safety training and contractor safety orientation Report leading/lagging safety metrics What you'll bring: 7+ years progressive experience in data center, industrial, or mission-critical operations Track record building and leading teams through commissioning and early operations Working knowledge of applicable codes and standards for the discipline Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Alignment Engine Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
