Construction Safety Administrator
Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Safety Administrator to join our dynamic construction management team. This pivotal role involves overseeing safety protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and fostering a culture of safety across construction sites. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of construction safety regulations, occupational health practices, and risk management strategies. By implementing effective safety training programs and maintaining rigorous safety standards, the Construction Safety Administrator will contribute significantly to the successful and secure completion of projects.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative services to the safety team in accordance with applicable organization policies and practices The general administration services to the team include filing, data entry, typing and assisting in the management of communications and paperwork, managing diaries, assisting with travel arrangements/organization, looking after visitors and assisting with general reception and telephone duties. Assist the site to make improvements and implement required changes. Assist Manager to liaise with external agencies in relation to health and safety matters. Reporting (content and format as agreed) on a monthly basis or as otherwise required. Achieve agreed personal targets and assist the Manager to achieve team targets. Maintain accurate records/documentation associated with your work. Immediately report problems/failures that may impact on the organization and/or its clients/customers to the Safety Manager. Meet your targets and contribute to those of the team as a whole. Contribute towards the efficient running of the team. Adhere to all organization policies and procedures. Interact and co-operate with all members of the organization, its suppliers, and clients/customers.
Qualifications:
Having familiarity with construction safety / working on a construction site is a plus. Must have 2-5 years of administrative experience. Strong preference to be bilingual (English & Spanish)-

Pay:
$23.00 - $27.00 per hour
