Cronimet Corporation is a Leading Recycler of Stainless-Steel Scrap. We specialize in supplying scrap metal to stainless steel mills across North America with multiple locations across the United States. Monitor, oversee implementation and management of safety policies and procedures that meet OSHA and other related regulations. Job tasks would include, but are not limited to: site visits, safety audits and inspections, promoting safety awareness, handling worker comp claims, and the review and implementation of safety plans and procedures. The new hire would work in concert with the current Corporate Safety Manager on site specific tasks, such as the Site Safety Committee, and other corporate-wide projects. The new hire must be receptive to additional ES&H and Quality responsibilities, as required. This role will incorporate communication with all levels of management and staff in the local Aliquippa, PA Headquarters location as well as at United in Columbus and Cronimet Specialty Metals USA PA locations. Cronimet has 12 locations nationwide. Travel to local sites and to other USA locations is required. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Bachelor's degree in Safety & Environmental Management, Occupational Safety, Environmental Health or related field is required. Five years of experience is preferred.
