Lead the Safety. Protect the Team. Build a Stronger Future. Viocity Group is looking for a proactive, experienced Safety Manager to lead and strengthen our company-wide safety culture. If you're passionate about keeping people safe, developing effective safety programs, and making a real impact in both the shop and the field, we want to hear from you! As our Safety Manager , you'll provide leadership and support for Viocity Group's Safety Program while partnering with supervisors, employees, and leadership to ensure safety remains at the heart of everything we do. You'll be hands-on, visiting job sites, conducting inspections and training, investigating incidents, and continuously looking for ways to improve our safety practices. What You'll Do Lead our safety program by developing, implementing, and maintaining policies and procedures that meet OSHA and applicable local, state, and federal requirements. Train and empower employees on workplace safety, fire prevention, hazardous materials, proper equipment use, and safe work practices. Conduct regular safety meetings, training sessions, and job-site inspections at both company facilities and field locations. Identify potential hazards and develop corrective and preventative solutions to keep our employees and job sites safe. Lead accident and injury investigations, determine root causes, and recommend actions to prevent future incidents. Prepare and submit required accident and regulatory reports. Oversee the workers' compensation program, working closely with our insurance carrier to help reduce lost time and support employees throughout the process. Maintain accurate safety records, files, and documentation. Develop safety communications, including signage, posters, barriers, exhibits, and training materials. Support safety initiatives with customers, contractors, and other non-company personnel. Represent Viocity Group at industry events, safety organizations, conferences, and community programs. Partner with leadership and employees to continuously improve our safety culture and operating performance. Perform other duties as assigned while consistently following company policies, procedures, and safety standards. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a safety-minded leader, strong communicator, and problem solver who can confidently work with employees at every level of the organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree and/or 5-10 years of related safety experience or training , or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices . Experience conducting safety inspections, employee training, and incident investigations . Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in both office and field/job-site environments . Ability to build relationships and influence safe behaviors across all levels of the organization. Professional, ethical, courteous, and safety-focused approach.
