Not Available About the Position OnPoint Industrial Services is seeking a Safety Supervisor to support a long-term construction project in the State College, PA area. This is a great opportunity for a safety professional looking for consistent hours, long-term project stability, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on jobsite safety. Responsibilities Conduct daily safety inspections, audits, and jobsite observations. Identify hazards and recommend appropriate corrective actions. Implement and maintain safety policies and procedures. Conduct safety orientations, training, and toolbox talks. Investigate incidents, near misses, and other safety-related events. Maintain accurate safety documentation and reporting. Conduct risk assessments and assist with hazard mitigation. Monitor compliance with OSHA and applicable safety regulations. Ensure required safety equipment is properly maintained and available. Work closely with project leadership and field personnel to promote a strong safety culture. Assist with emergency response planning and coordination. Qualifications 2-5+ years of construction/civil safety experience Safety-related degree preferred GSP certification preferred Additional certifications such asASP, CSP, CHST, OSHA
